The following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern all sales and purchases made through Wisehealth Limited ("Wisehealth", "us", "we" or "our" ) website ("our site") via Internet, telephone or mail or Internet banking.
By visiting and/or using our site you (" the customer") acknowledge that you will agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out and comply with all terms and agreements, applicable and governed by New Zealand laws and regulations.
Unless otherwise stated , all prices quoted on our site will be in New Zealand dollars and will include GST which will show upon checkout only for New Zealand orders and may include freight charges.
International orders will incur a variable freight charge (we will inform you at time of transaction), depending on the destination. Prices are subject to change without notice at the discretion of Wisehealth due to fluctuating prices of the NZ dollar.
Wisehealth will honor stipulated prices except in the situations such as typing/ printing errors or errors caused by a unauthorised interference and amendments of a third party to our site.

All website transactions are processes through "DPS" secure payment gateway and Wisehealth website is a secure shopping environment.
The total cost of your order will be directly charged to your nominated form of payment ie credit card either upon completion of the online payment screen or upon receipt of your order by / phone / post / Internet banking.
Wisehealth delivers nationwide and internationally.
Prices stipulated on our site may include postage and packaging within New Zealand only.
International orders will have an extra freight charge added as applicable which will be advertised at time of sale.
Delivery time can vary within New Zealand but generally local orders ie across town may be next day, inter-island are generally 2-3 working days however rural deliveries can take longer.
Australian Premium orders are generally 4-7 working days but other international delivery times will depend on point of destination Po Box Delivery is not available in Premium shipping. Economy orders have no tracking availability and are generally 3-10 working days. Tasmania AU has a longer delivery time than other Australian destinations and tracking availability can be limited.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours where possible.
Wisehealth will guarantee delivery within New Zealand, so long as our conditions of trade have been met, and address details are correct. We will not be held responsible for delivery to an incorrect address and in such incidences the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred to resend the item.
If payment may be dishonoured (due to credit card fraud/Internet fraud or the like) or at any time we suspect default or fraud, Wisehealth reserves the right to withhold delivery (this at our sole discretion).
If any agent representing Wisehealth may be put a risk of any kind delivering to the destination (as solely determined by Wisehealth or Wisehealths' agents) we reserve the right to refund the purchase price rather than send or resend an item. this may be in the case where an item is lost or, in our sole opinion, the destination is unreliable and/or unsafe to the agents personnel and/or property.
If due to damage and/or leakage due to packing error or any other reason the goods received do not match the invoice, we will rectify our mistake immediately but we must be notified of this within 2 working days.
Wisehealth recommends when you are receiving goods you check them before the driver leaves and if there is any shortage of product/boxes or any obvious damage or leakage then note this on your delivery docket and have the driver sign it.
Due to health Department regulations Wisehealth is unable to accept items for the purpose of return or credit we therefore urge you to ensure you order correctly for your needs. If your order has been incorrectly filled we will be happy to offer a credit for any goods incorrectly supplied.
The guarantee is only provided to individuals (who are consumers as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if our conditions and terms have not been met ( or if we have determined that a request for a refund is part of an abuse of our refund policy) at our sole discretion
